Innovation & Venture Development

The journey

A successful start-up project consists of an idea which is proven in a market and continues to grow its traction as it progresses.

THE IDEA

An idea concept is defined, but just yet has none to a few customers. Brand, full business concept and company foundation are not yet fully in place.

THE PROOF

The initial concept or MVP has been proven by having reached some initial revenue traction, and with this having the most important employees in place.

THE GROWTH

When the growth phase is reached, the “growth cost” metrics of the projects are known and proven. Now it’s time to raise money for the scaling phase.

THE EXIT

An exit might not be the desired goal at this stage, but at this phase the plan is to have a solid and healthy growth business, which has proven attractive in the buyers-market and will be ready for an exit, if the right exit fit emerges.
